    Product Related Question

  • What is the source of Buraansh Raw Honey?
  • Our Raw honey is collected from Higher and Middle reaches of the Himalayas, particularly Chamba Valley, Kinnaur Valley, Lahaul-Spiti, Kangra Valley. Floral source of honey is different for each type and is mentioned on the product.

  • Why is my Raw Honey Crystallizing?
  • It's actually a sign of high-quality honey. Crystallization of honey is a natural and uncontrolled process and indicates the purity of the honey. Almost all pure raw honey crystallizes over time. There is also a chance that when you receive the honey from the mountains, it is in a crystallized form (due to cold weather here) and gradually comes back to liquid form at your place depending on the weather.

  • How can I bring crystallized honey back to liquid form?
  • It is very simple. You can leave the honey bottle in hot water for a few hours and it will come back to its liquid form.

  • Why is my Raw Honey tasting different from the last time I ordered?
  • Honey taste can vary slightly in every batch. Since we do not heat or process our Honey to maintain its nutrition, it always carries its typical aroma and texture. The taste, aroma and texture of the honey largely depends on the flower quality, which may vary from time to time. Rest assured our honey is always authentic, pure and raw.

  • Why does my honey bottle have a best before date?
  • As per Indian and international food laws, it is mandatory to mention a best before date on all the packed foods. However, pure raw honey stored in a sealed container can last decades.

  • Why is there a little sedimentation in my Himalayan Apricot Kernel Oil bottle?
  • Our Himalayan Apricot Kernel Oil is cold-processed and macro-filtered to maintain its purity and efficacy. Don’t worry if you see a little sedimentation/cloudiness in your oil as it is caused due to minute apricot seed particles, that are completely harmless and indicate purity.

  • The colour of the soap I received is a little different from the photo. Why is that?
