Indian Borage Honey, also known as Chichri, is found in the middle and higher ranges of Himalayas. Indigenous species of honey-bee make this strongly aromatic honey. This exotic and rare honey is harvested in limited quantities from the hives in the wild in Chamba Valley.
The honey is not pasteurized or heated after extraction. It is macro-filtered and contains the natural flower pollen.
